Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


CRITICAL: HYGIENE & SAFETY STANDARDS
Due to the personal nature of our products (Lip Gloss, Cosmetics, Fragrances), strict hygiene standards apply:

1. Unopened Condition: We can ONLY accept returns for items that are absolutely unopened, unused, and with the original safety seals intact.
2. Fragrance Restrictions: Due to U.S. transportation regulations regarding flammable liquids, all Fragrance/Perfume sales are FINAL and cannot be returned. If your fragrance arrives damaged, please contact us for a replacement or refund instead of returning it.


ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return (Lip Gloss/Non-Hazmat items only), your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


HOW TO START A RETURN
To start a return, you must contact us at hello@glowbyliena.com.

Do not send items back to the address on the package without prior approval. Our return processing center address is different from our shipping address. If your return is accepted, we will email you the correct return address and instructions.

Return Shipping Costs:
- If the item is defective or incorrect: We will provide a prepaid shipping label.
- If you are returning for personal preference (changed mind): You are responsible for the return shipping cost.


DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

For Damaged Items: Please email us immediately with photos of the damaged product and the shipping box. This is required for us to file a claim with the carrier and issue your replacement.


EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned:

- Fragrances & Perfumes: (Hazmat/Flammable classification)
- Opened Personal Care: Any item with a broken seal.
- Sale Items: Items purchased on clearance or final sale.
- Gift Cards


EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. However, this right does not apply to goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.


REFUNDS
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please Note: Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable. The refund will apply to the cost of the products only.
