PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-3
business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). As we craft and pack our
orders with care from our studio, processing times may increase slightly during
high-volume periods (launches/holidays).
You will receive a
shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is
handed over to the carrier.
RESTRICTIONS ON FRAGRANCES (HAZMAT)
Due to U.S. Department of Transportation regulations, products containing
alcohol (such as perfumes and fragrances) are considered
hazardous materials and must be shipped via Ground transportation only.
Consequently, orders containing fragrances:
1. Cannot be shipped via Express or Air methods.
2. Cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, or APO/FPO addresses.
3. Cannot be shipped internationally.
SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIME
We offer the
following shipping options within the contiguous United States:
Standard Ground Shipping (5-7 business days)
Required method for any order containing fragrance.
Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)
Available only for non-fragrance items (e.g., Lip Gloss only).
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for
delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or events beyond our control.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at
checkout based on the weight of your order and your location.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING ZONES
We ship to all 48 contiguous
states. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories are currently restricted
to non-fragrance items only.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, we primarily ship
within the United States. If international shipping is available at checkout,
please note that we cannot ship perfumes internationally.
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees.
ORDER TRACKING
Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving
your shipping notification for the tracking number to update in the carrier's
system (USPS/UPS).
DELIVERY ISSUES & HEAT SENSITIVITY
Heat Warning (Florida & Summer Months):
Our products (especially Lip Gloss) are sensitive to high temperatures.
Please ensure someone is available to retrieve the package immediately upon delivery.
We are not responsible for products that melt or degrade due to being left in hot mailboxes
or on porches for extended periods.
Incorrect Address:
Please verify your address carefully. We are not responsible for orders shipped to
incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost/Stolen Packages:
Once marked "Delivered" by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
